CHALLENGE

Elemental analysis of polymer systems is frequently inconclusive or erroneous if the sample is not completely digested.
Its laboratory required a microwave system which could tackle the toughest polymers and samples it encounter, allowing to provide customers with the highest quality analytical data.

IMPLEMENTATION of ultraWAVE

We were impressed by the quality and efficiency of the ultraWAVE from the beginning. In our search for a microwave system, we were looking for a versatile instrument which could accommodate the broadest range of applications and digest the most difficult samples we encounter. The ultraWAVE does just this, and more. We especially liked the fact that the ultraWAVE allows for digestion of different samples simultaneously. This not only simplifies method development, but allows us to meet our throughput demands. Difficult samples such as polymers and greases are easily digested with the ultraWAVE, yielding clear and colorless solutions and superior trace metals analysis down to ppt levels.
